17-4 stainless steel strip, also known as 630 precipitation hardening stainless steel strip, is a martensitic stainless steel alloy containing copper and niobium/columb.
Through heat treatment, the mechanical properties of the strip product can be significantly improved, achieving a remarkable compressive strength ranging from 1100 to 1300 Mpa (160-190 ksi).
In terms of corrosion resistance, it exhibits good resistance to atmospheric conditions, diluted acids, and salts. Its corrosion resistance is comparable to that of 304 stainless steel strip and 430 stainless steel strip.
