Alloy 926 super austenitic stainless steel plate is a high corrosion resistant super austenitic stainless steel material containing high Cr and high Mo. 926 plate has a similar chemical composition with 904L stainless steel plate, its nitrogen content is 0.2%, molybdenum content is 6.5%.
It maintains good corrosion resistance in harsh environments such as high temperature, sea water or flue gas desulfurization equipment. In some cases, it is even comparable to Hastelloy® C276 plate and titanium plate.
Alloy 926 in other chemical media also has good corrosion resistance in the high temperature and high concentration of media, including sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, acid gas, sea water, salt and organic acids.
