Incoloy 825 Pipe Spool (UNS N08825 / W.Nr. 2.4858)
High-strength corrosion-resistant alloy Pipe Spool for chemical and phosphoric acid applications
As a leading supplier of nickel-based superalloy custom pipe spools, SEATHER TECHNOLOGY specializes in the production of premium Incoloy 825 pipe spool (UNS N08825) engineered for exceptional corrosion resistance, high strength, and long-term reliability.
Incoloy alloy 825 (UNS N08825 / W.Nr. 2.4858) is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with additions of molybdenum, copper, and titanium. The alloy’s chemical composition is designed to provide exceptional resistance to many corrosive environments. The nickel content is sufficient for resistance to chloride-ion stress-corrosion cracking. The nickel, in conjunction with the molybdenum and copper, also gives outstanding resistance to reducing environments such as those containing sulfuric and phosphoric acids. The molybdenum also aids resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. The alloy’s chromium content confers resistance to a variety of oxidizing substances such as nitric acid, nitrates and oxidizing salt. The titanium addition serves, with an appropriate heat treatment, to stabilize the alloy against sensitization to intergranular corrosion.
Custom pipe spool fabrication is one of SEATHER’s core manufacturing capabilities. We fabricate complete stainless steel and nickel alloy piping systems—ranging from large industrial projects consisting of thousands of spools to routine maintenance jobs and single-spool orders.
Our production facilities are staffed with highly skilled craftsmen, pipe fitters, welders, and fabricators. Backed by strict quality control, advanced welding processes, and a proven record of safety and precision, we ensure every alloy 825 pipe spool meets international standards and project-specific requirements. SEATHER is committed to exceeding customer expectations in design accuracy, fabrication quality, delivery schedule, logistics, and cost efficiency.

More Information About Incoloy 825 Pipe Spool (UNS N08825)
When you choose to buy Incoloy 825 Pipe Spool (UNS N08825), there have some important points we need to know before we get started.
Pitting resistance equivalency numbers (PREN) for Incoloy 825 Pipe Spool (UNS N08825)
Incoloy 825 PREN: 31.4
The pitting resistance equivalency number uses the alloy’s chemical makeup to guess its power against pitting corrosion. You check how much chromium, molybdenum, tungsten, and nitrogen are in the alloy. These elements help keep the steel safe. The most used formula is:
PREN = CR% + 3.3 x (MO% + 0.5 x W%) + 16 x N% How to Purchase Incoloy 825 Pipe Spool (UNS N08825)
