Incoloy 825 is a widely used nickel-iron-chromium alloy offering good resistance to corrosion, particularly in acidic and chloride-containing environments. Compared with higher-grade nickel alloys such as Inconel 625, Incoloy 825 provides slightly lower strength and corrosion resistance, but at a significantly more economical cost. For applications where its performance fully meets service requirements, Incoloy 825 is a highly cost-effective material choice.

We manufacture Incoloy 825 round bar and rod in accordance with ASTM B425 as standard. Round bars are produced by hot rolling or forging, followed by polishing to ensure accurate dimensions and surface quality. Rods are processed by cold drawing based on round bars to achieve tighter tolerances. If required, we can apply bright annealing to relieve internal stress while maintaining a clean and bright surface finish. All Incoloy 825 round bars and rods are carefully straightened to strict standards to ensure excellent straightness and dimensional consistency.
