Inconel X-750 Sheet (UNS N07750 / W.Nr. 2.4669)

High-strength corrosion-resistant alloy Sheets for nuclear power and heat treatment

As a leading Inconel materials supplier in China, SEATHER TECHNOLOGY manufactures and supplies cost-effective, high-quality Inconel X-750 sheet for demanding industrial applications.

INCONEL® alloy X-750 (UNS N07750 / W.Nr. 2.4669) is a precipitation-hardenable nickel-chromium alloy widely recognized for its excellent corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and high strength at elevated temperatures up to 1300°F (704°C). Although the strengthening effect of precipitation hardening gradually decreases above this temperature, properly heat-treated Inconel X-750 still maintains useful mechanical strength up to approximately 1800°F (982°C).

Inconel X-750 sheet is a commonly used nickel alloy flat product, produced by flattening and shearing cold-rolled Inconel X-750 coil. The thickness of cold-rolled Inconel X-750 sheet is typically below 5 mm, and compared with plate products, the sheet offers a brighter and smoother surface finish, making it suitable for precision fabrication and further processing.

Inconel X-750 sheet features high strength, excellent creep resistance, and superior fatigue performance across a wide temperature range. In addition, its outstanding oxidation resistance makes it an ideal material for components operating in high-temperature and corrosive environments.

What is Inconel X-750 (UNS N07750)

Alloy X-750 also referred to as the UNS N07750 and W.Nr. 2.4669 alloy.

Alloy X-750 is a precipitation-hardenable nickel-chromium alloy used for its corrosion and oxidation resistance and high strength at temperatures to 1300°F. Although much of the effect of precipitation hardening is lost with increasing temperature over 1300°F, heat-treated material has useful strength up to 1800°F.

Alloy X-750 also has excellent properties down to cryogenic termperatures.

Similar to Alloy 600, Alloy X-750 has additional aluminium and titanium.

Alloy X-750 offers outstanding performance in highly stressed environments, which is why it’s often used in gas turbines, nuclear reactors and aircraft structures.

More Information About Inconel X-750 Sheet (UNS N07750)

When you choose to buy Inconel X-750 sheet, there have some important points we need to know before we get started.

So enjoy the read…

Pitting resistance equivalency numbers (PREN) for Inconel X-750 Sheet (UNS N07750)

Inconel X-750 PREN: 16

The pitting resistance equivalency number uses the alloy’s chemical makeup to guess its power against pitting corrosion. You check how much chromium, molybdenum, tungsten, and nitrogen are in the alloy. These elements help keep the steel safe. The most used formula is:

PREN = CR% + 3.3 x (MO% + 0.5 x W%) + 16 x N%

How to Purchase Inconel X-750 Sheet (UNS N07750)
