2.Arbor Bolts

Arbor shafts hold blades. All 10″ American stationary saws have a 5/8″ arbor diameter for blade connection. Arbor bolts are assembled before shipping, unlike ordinary bolts.

The washer that is given with the Arbor bolts makes it simple to recognize them. Like other bolts, arbor bolts have an inverted shapes tread pattern on the shaft, making them seem to be put backward.

3.Blind Bolts

A normal rivet or weld is not as strong or adaptable as a blind bolt, which is a structural fastener that offers more strength and conformability. They were meant to provide robust connections where rivets or hex bolts failed.

4.Carriage Bolt

5.Elevator Bolts

The body of an elevator bolt is relatively thin, and the head of the bolt is spherical. It is possible for these bolts to have either a square or ribbed neck, which is designed to prevent the bolts from rotating when a nut is locked into place.

They are utilized in narrow spaces that contain moving parts, such as elevators and conveyor belts, among other places. Because they have a narrow head, they are able to fit flush to the matching surface and do not cause any interference in operational systems that are small or constrained.

6.Eyebolts

Mechanical fasteners with ring-shaped heads and threaded shafts are called eyebolts. For attaching cranes to machinery, special-purpose lifting eyes with safe operating loads are used.

A bar length with a nominal thread size diameter is used to make low-strength eyebolts. The head is simply shaped into a ring by bending it from a piece of the bar that is not threaded.

However, it is not recommended to use these kinds of eyebolts for off-axis loads because they are only capable of carrying axial loads properly.

7.Flange Bolts

Flange bolts are distinguished by the presence of a round flange beneath the head, which functions as a washer to spread the load. The term “frame bolts” is frequently used to refer the flange bolts that do not have serrations.

In automotive, plumbing, and other uses, flange bolts include a washer-like flange behind the bolt head that streamlines manufacturing and distributes clamping force to protect the mating surface. You will need to make use of a flange bolt in order to successfully establish a dependable and long-lasting connection between two pieces of a vast and enclosed region.

8.Hex Bolts

This type of bolt has hexagonal heads for tightening the fastener. A nut is necessary for hex bolts, which do not have a bevelled end or a washer under the head.

9.J-Bolts

J-shaped bolts have several uses. They are equipped with a threaded end that can accommodate a nut, but they do not have a bolt head. They are widely used in the building and construction sector. For applications involving concrete and roofing, they are utilized for the purpose of securing walls.

10.Lag Bolts

11.Machine Bolt

Hex bolts and machine bolts are used to attach two pieces of material together. Machine bolts are similar to hex bolts, except that they do not feature a washer-support surface or a chamfered point on the underside of the head. It is common for them to be offered with either a square or a hexagonal head.
