UNS N06625 Nickel Alloy 625 Strip
As a leading nickel alloy strip supplier in China, SEATHER provides a wide selection of UNS N06625 nickel alloy 625 strips to meet your project requirements.
Nickel alloy 625 is known for its excellent combination of corrosion resistance and strength. This alloy’s corrosion resistance is enhanced by its nickel, chromium, and molybdenum content, while the niobium contributes to significant solid solution strengthening, giving it much higher strength than alloy 600 strips.
We produce nickel alloy 625 strips in accordance with ASTM B443 standards.
The standard specifies two delivery conditions for alloy 625. Grade I is the annealed condition, which we deliver by default. Grade II is the solution-treated condition, ideal for applications requiring superior creep resistance at temperatures above 593°C. Please confirm your preferred delivery condition with the supplier before placing your order.

UNS N06625 Nickel Alloy 625 Strip Applications & Usages
Nickel alloy 625 is widely used in marine applications due to its outstanding corrosion resistance. Its ability to withstand localized corrosion (pitting and crevice corrosion), chloride ion stress corrosion, and its excellent fatigue strength make it ideal for marine components such as propeller blades, exhaust systems, and fasteners.
Additionally, alloy 625 is extensively employed in the aerospace industry for its superior high-temperature tensile properties and creep strength. It is commonly used in aircraft piping systems, engine exhausts, fuel and hydraulic lines, and heat exchanger tubes. Its high-temperature resistance also makes it valuable in heat treatment equipment and the chemical industry.
