Grade 1.4913 stainless steel is a kind of martensitic creep resisting stainless steel. It is also referred to as the X19CrMoNbVN11-1 stainless steel.
This steel has a moderately high embodied energy and can have a moderately high tensile strength among wrought martensitic stainless steels.
Both grade1.4913 stainless steel and grade 1.4923 stainless steel are martensitic creep resisting alloys. They have a very high 98% of their average alloy composition in common.
Grade 1.4913 stainless steel is widely used in the production of bolts, nuts, fasteners, discs and turbine rotors in the power, marine and aerospace industries.
Grade 1.4913 stainless steel is available in the form of pipe, round bar, forgings, rings, plate section.
