Our Metal Punching Processes
1. The design is uploaded into our software as a CAD file and the program for the machine is created.
2. After that, the CAD file program is loaded in and the correct punch tooling is placed in the punch press in order to create the desired part. The tool is able to punch the precise shape, dimple, or embossment into the metal based on the details in the design.
3. Using the CAD file, the machine moves the sheet metal in an x and y direction, accurately placing it under the punch press for the exact placement of the punches.
