What is 13-8 Precipitation Hardening Stainless Steel?
Grade 13-8 stainless steel, often referred to as UNS S13800 martensitic precipitation hardening stainless steel. It has excellent strength, high hardness, superior toughness and good corrosion resistance.
Grade 13-8 stainless steel is usually available in an annealed condition, also known as solution heat condition or condition A.
Grade 13-8 stainless steel is available in all standard mill forms including pipe, rod, bar, plate, sheet, strip and foil products.
