What is 725LN Urea Class Stainless Steel?
Grade 725LN urea class stainless steel, also referred to as the UNS S31050/W.Nr. 1.4466 alloy.
High Ni and Mo austenitic grade with similar corrosion resistance to 904L stainless steel.
The content of Cr and Ni in 725LN urea stainless steel is higher, and the contents of C and S and P are lower.
The whole austenite structure is obtained after solution treatment, which has better corrosion resistance to urea medium.
This alloy is widely used in carbon dioxide stripper stripping and distribution pipes and other urea production equipment.
Grade 725LN stainless steel is available in forms including round rod, bar, plate and sheet products.
